For new clients, I like to start with a brief complementary phone call, so we can make sure it’s a good fit. If so, we will then schedule an intake to discuss your background, experiences, and goals. This initial session allows us to get to know each other and decide on the right plan going forward. The recommended format of therapy can look different for each person—we will work together during the intake process to determine what’s best for you.
